In summary, the R-Value is a number that has been poorly defined and is even more poorly understood in terms of performance. An ICF structure with R-22 - R-30 walls, SIP (structurally insulated panel) roof, and a foam insulated floor will outperform any other type of conventional structure with double the R-Value (R-40+) in energy efficiency, structural strength and return on investment in most any type of side-by-side comparison. Why? History

Robert Weaver Masonry was established in 1978. As time went on Robert Weaver paid close attention to new products available to the building industry and thus discovered ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms). In 2000 Lancaster ICF had the opportunity to build their first ICF walls and since have built more than 70 structures in the residential and commercial fields.

As time went on and the ICF industry continued growing, in 2007 the name became officially known as Lancaster ICF Builders, a division of Robert Weaver Masonry. As a company Lancaster ICF has one goal. To exceed your expectations through quality workmanship and professionalism.
